the Economy and Environment Group have unanimously voted to uphold the Cabinet’s reasoned and logical No to going any further along the geological dump plan.

Great news and finally restores my faith in the democratic process. The majority of Cumbrians will be very happy with this and will be even happier when they hear that Jamie Reed has got off the case. I think its time to write to his party bosses and tell them that Labour voters and ordinary right minded people in this area want this man to back off.
